Shipping policy

Scope

BY.ERA ships internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within an estimated timeframe of two (2) to five (5) business days following payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

Indicatively, orders will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of five (5) to twenty (20) business days, calculated from the purchase confirmation date, depending on the destination and the logistics service selected.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing the corresponding tracking information.

Delivery Responsibility

BY.ERA shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties, customs procedures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. In the event of incorrect or incomplete information, any costs associated with reshipping shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery may be made to a third party designated by the customer. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss of the Product.

Delivery acceptance is confirmed upon signing the corresponding delivery receipt. If visible damage is identified at the time of delivery, the customer must not accept the Product and must record such damage on the delivery document.

Shipping costs, including customs clearance fees for international shipments, shall be borne by the customer.
