Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to hygiene and health reasons, cosmetic Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or if the safety seal has been broken, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage attributable to the shipping process.

Returns or claims may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Visible damage at the time of delivery or missing items, provided the issue is reported within forty-eight (48) hours from delivery.

  • Sealed, unused cosmetic Products, reported within fourteen (14) days from delivery.

To be eligible, the Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all safety seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The customer must contact BY.ERA at contactsoporte@byera.com indicating the order number and reason for the request. BY.ERA will evaluate the claim and, if applicable, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) business days, depending on the payment provider.
